Thank you to all of you who read my previous cry for help.
I took that post down, I think I got the help that I needed from it.
I saw my GP today - OB can't see me until March. I am on a medication now, may take up to 3 -4 weeks to work, he gave me 10 xanax to use if I need to numb myself before hand.
