Sean and Mandy's Wedding Weekend

Last weekend, July 22nd, Sean and Mandy got married. Sean is Don's brother - for those who didn't know.
The family all came up from California between Friday and Saturday. We had everyone over for a BBQ Saturday evening. It was so much fun! Shannon, Don's sister, her husband Mario and son Mario were here, Jeff, Don's other brother, his wife Julie and their son Evan, Don's Mom, Don's Dad, Ricky and his baby Nalieah and Grandma Abbie (April's mom), Lorelei and her boyfriend Ryan were all also here...oh yeah and Sean and Mandy came too for a bit, but her family was also having a BBQ so we had to share them. Besides us too. I think I got every one? The food was yummy! We did pork chops, chicken and steak, roasted red potatoes with bacon..mmmm yummy, salad and the dinner fixings. My biggest fear is having a cookout and not having enough food to go around so I always way over prepare! Don did all the outside cooking as I was melting away and had to take a few breaks to come inside and cool off.
The kids all had fun running around the back yard and jumping on the trampoline. The boys...Don and Jeff later joined in on that action. That fun ended when Don bounced Brooklyn and Mario almost head on into each other!
The wedding was BEAUTIFUL! Mandy's dress is gorgeous! Sean and Mandy both looked so happy and in love. Mandy's family is great and makes you feel like you are one of them, we quickly saw why we never see Sean anymore - with a family like Mandy's to hang around - why would he come here? :)
Brooklyn was the flower girl and Don was the best man. He gave a wonderful best man toast and he was quite nervous about it. Brooklyn was also nervous about being a flower girl in a non mormon wedding when you actually have to walk the isle and drop petals. They both did great. Mandy's maid of honor was her sister Bethany, she is 18 I think and like 5'11'' tall, she walked barefooted down the isle to give Don a break otherwise she would have towered over him even more! Thanks Bethany!!!
The ceremony was sweet. Mandy's youngest sister Alyssa (16) cried through and every time I would look at her or Mandy's parents I would cry too. The reception was fun and everyone seemed to have a good time dancing the night away.


So having not really quite got the understanding of blogger and the order that pictures post as you add them these are all in backwards order...
I was going to caption them all at the end of my post and now I have completely lost interest in it! If you want to know something ask me and I will tell you. I will say one of my favorite pictures is Mario taking refuge up Shannon's skirt.
And I got the hottest Stepro! The others are nice guys...but mine is nice and hot! HAHA :) Scroll down...you will understand!
