Holiday Season!!

Let the HOLIDAYS begin!!!

Yesterday was my birthday. It is the gateway to holiday season. Well actually Halloween is the gateway to the holidays, but I like to think it is my birthday!

I turned 3o! WOW! It was a great day. Don had a day of surprises for me, he had an appt scheduled for me to get a massage first thing in the morning. AH! It was nice, especially since I can lay on my stomach again! He had his son, Ricky, here detailing my car (that is his job), it was a bit embarrassing having him cleaning my car since I had spilled Taco Bell nacho cheese between the seat and console and haven't been able to get it out...ok I didn't try, but still I was embarrassed! Even with the embarrassment my birthday was great!!

Thanksgiving is in just a few weeks and I am soo stinking excited to have ALL of my family come up to visit!! I am going to have a a great time and I can't wait!! My dad rocks! Ok my mom too! Without their generosity maybe I would have a house full of people or no people at all!

Christmas time will be fun also. We are going to Hurricane the weekend before Christmas to hang with my folks and the rest of the family. Don is back to insane OT schedule so we will be back here so he can work Christmas Eve he will be home that night and we will have Christmas morning together and then he is off to work, for how long we don't know exactly at the moment, but it will be for several days. So the girls and I are going to drive back down to Vegas and hang out with who ever is around to hang out with! Anyone want to volunteer a couch or two for us? Anyway I am looking forward to all of the family and friends I will be seeing in the next 2 months! YIPEE
